O.Henry Hotel Greensboro North Carolina

I would like to take a moment to compliment the staff at your beautiful hotel. My business was hired to photograph a wedding reception held in your hotel on the 25th of June. Your grounds were in great shape, the interior of your hotel was stunning, and the staff was very personable and accommodating.

It is the latter of these traits I would like to focus on. At the beginning of the reception, the brother of the bride seemed distraught. I asked him what was wrong and he informed me that he had forgotten his belt. He showed me that his pants were literally falling off of his body. After letting him try on my belt to no avail (he needed more holes for it to fit him), I told him to relax and I would see what I could do. I immediately went to your front desk and spoke with a young man named Ricardo. I explained the situation to him and asked him if he had any possible solutions to our dilemma. He inquired about the belt size needed and determined that his would be too small. Instead of just writing it off and shrugging his shoulders, he inquired with another fellow worker named Tony who looked around for a minute, and came back with his own belt for us to use. Talk about 'giving the shirt off of your back'! I took the belt to the brother of the bride and he tried it on and it fit perfectly. He immediately was able to relax and enjoy his sister's wedding reception, dancing and all.

Ricardo and Tony could have just as easily said that they couldn't help us and I would still be pleased with our time at your hotel. However, it is their attention to pleasing the guest that was above and beyond their responsibility that amazes me. I can assure you that I have mentioned this story to at least 30 people to date to show just how guests should be treated. I can also assure you that anytime we are in Greensboro, we will be staying at your hotel.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for doing a spectacular job for Deirdre and Brian's wedding reception.

From our very first meeting, I knew it would be a day that would be remembered, and it went beyond my expectations, thanks to you and your expert staff. The O.Henry Hotel is very lucky to have a staff as attentive as everyone, not only at the wedding reception, but also at the bridesmaid luncheon and the bridal shower tea we had in January.

Your suggestions for menus, your attention to detail and your arrangement of our family treasures show how much you enjoy coming to work, and I feel privileged to have worked with you on this special day for Deidre and Brian. You made the entire wedding process go very smoothly and to the utmost perfection.

Please tell everyone that worked those days that I appreciate the fine job that was done and special thanks goes to you for making it all happen. O.Henry can be very proud of their professional, attentive personnel.

The purpose of this letter is to compliment you and your staff on the wonderful service we received at our holiday party. All of my staff as well as our president commented on the quality food, atmosphere and most importantly the attention to detail given by your staff.

Our president was approached twice to make sure everything was going as planned and to make sure there were no problems.
