Cocktails
Green Valley Grill professional bartenders and servers must serve all cocktails.

HOST BAR
Hosted bars will be billed to the host on a consumption basis. All beverages used will be inventoried immediately at the conclusion of the event to determine actual consumption.

CASH BAR
Guests attending the event pay for their drinks on an individual basis and prices include service charge and tax. The host is responsible for Cashier and Bartending Charges.
