Planning a wedding can be an overwhelming time for a bride-to-be. A bride’s dream come true is a swiftly designed and stress-free wedding planning experience. Think this is too good to be true? At the O.Henry Hotel, we have designed a weekend Bridal Symposium to help do just that!
This is not a bridal wedding show with endless rows of booths. In fact, it is far from it! Bring your mom, maid of honor or best friend to get advice from the area’s best vendors. Whether you are just starting your planning process or are in the final weeks left to plan, we will reduce your stress level while giving you valuable information. Take advantage of our wedding specialists’ knowledge and join us for a weekend of good food, panel discussions, and relaxation!
Our Bridal Symposium includes:
Saturday
6 PM: Welcome reception with wine and hors d'oeuvres in the Pavilion & Cloister Garden
Sunday
8 AM: Pilates class for overnight guests
9-11 AM: Drop-in Breakfast for overnight guests
11:30 AM: Registration
12 Noon: Seminar with three-course lunch, including a wedding cake tasting
2:45 PM: Afternoon tea with displays by vendors
3 PM: Tours of O.Henry & Proximity Hotels
4:30 PM: Concludes with gift bags
Pamper yourself and a guest to an entirely stress-free weekend! Full registration for two includes the Saturday welcome reception, a relaxing night in one of our gracious guest rooms, a rejuvenating morning Pilates class, a full, hot breakfast buffet for two, and the afternoon symposium for an incredible value.
If you are not interested in the overnight package, join us for the Saturday evening reception and Sunday afternoon lunch, panel discussions, tea and tours.

From Brides-to-Be at our First Bridal Symposium
First let me say, "kudos" to you and the staff for a wonderful event last weekend! The room was heavenly...my maid of honor and I had a difficult time getting up for pilates because the bedding was so comfortable. I'm excited for our guests staying at the hotel during our wedding weekend, I know they are going to enjoy the quality of amenities and service.The symposium was awesome, and as a soon-to-be bride with most of the logistics covered, I still learned a lot :o)
