More than 50 presenters, arts organizations, venues, colleges, individual artists and museums present 100-plus events between September 19 and October 5 at venues across the city. The Savor the South Weekend will celebrate local food with two extraordinary dinners, cooking demos, tastings and much more. For the first time, all nine authors of the SAVOR THE SOUTH® cookbook series by UNC Press will gather to share recipes, tips, sign books and mingle with guests.
